98f Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 98f platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means — and by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 98f platform. These terms apply to all players using 98f, regardless of how they access the platform or which game categories they use.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 98f.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 98f, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 98f is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage use under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Creating an account in another person's name or using someone else's payment details is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, or close family member of an employee of 98f in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform use.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that covers the 98f platform, whether self-requested or applied by 98f.

98f reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one 98f account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different details — is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 98f may close all associated accounts and review any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you should update your account accordingly.

Your 98f account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. 98f will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

98f may request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Common documents requested include a valid CNIC or passport. Failure to provide these documents when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 98f are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of depositing. Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally credit quickly; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

98f does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider about any applicable fees before depositing.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that are not in your name, or depositing funds on behalf of another person, is not permitted. Deposited funds are only available for use on the 98f platform and are not interest-bearing.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of the platform. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 98f may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method or account that is not in the player's own name.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section for details.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. 98f aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner; however, delays can occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required. If your withdrawal has been pending for an unexpectedly long time, contact 98f support for an update.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

98f offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits and minimum deposit conditions. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

General bonus rules that apply across all 98f promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only available to players with a single registered account. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by opening additional accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.
• 98f reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering requirement progress already completed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses that appear to be claimed by groups of players acting in coordination to exploit promotional offers may be voided. This includes matched betting, arbitrage and similar systematic strategies applied to bonus funds.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The 98f sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. For cricket, this includes results declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are outlined in the betting rules section of the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 98f. Odds during live play may change rapidly and bets are only confirmed once the platform confirms acceptance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown at the time of placing a bet.
• 98f reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — where in-play betting is not offered for that market — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your 98f account balance in PKR upon settlement of the relevant event.

08 Slots & Games

The 98f slots and games library includes slot games, fish games, arcade titles and other game categories. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results — each spin, round or game session is a separate event.

• Each game has its own rules, pay table and Return to Player (RTP) information, accessible within the game itself.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — the round in progress may be cancelled and the stake returned. Where a round was already completed before the fault, the recorded result stands.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• 98f may temporarily remove or restrict access to specific games for maintenance, updates or supplier reasons. No compensation is payable for temporary game unavailability.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within each game interface.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98f platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account:

• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including sharing cards in live games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any tool that places bets or interacts with games without direct human input.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account. Any funds deposited via fraudulent means will be reversed and the account closed.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one 98f account, regardless of purpose.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, or contact details during registration or verification.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a software error, pricing mistake or technical fault to generate winnings.
• Money laundering: Using the 98f platform to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10 Privacy & Data

98f collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. The full details of how your data is collected, used, stored and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering on 98f, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, request corrections, or ask for deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements.

98f does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and processing your transactions.

11 Responsible Gaming

98f is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Online gaming should be a form of adult entertainment — not a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or something that negatively impacts your daily life or finances.

As a player on 98f, you are encouraged to:

• Set a personal PKR budget before each session and stick to it.
• Set time limits for your gaming sessions.
• Never chase losses — accept that a losing session is part of gaming and do not try to recover it with larger bets.
• Take regular breaks and step away from the platform if gaming stops being enjoyable.
• Contact 98f support if you wish to set deposit limits, take a cooling-off period, or self-exclude from the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

98f provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• 98f is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, disconnection during a game session, or delays in deposit and withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• 98f is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 98f reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings arising from technical errors are not guaranteed and may be voided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their own device, internet connection, and browser are in working order. 98f is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own technical environment.

13 Changes to Terms

98f reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify players via the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. The updated terms will show the revised date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 98f platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
